Request an App Store refund
Sign in at Apple's Report a Problem page using the Apple Account that made the purchase. Choose the refund option, select Warden or its subscription, and submit your reason. Apple decides eligibility; a request is not a guarantee of a refund.
If the charge is missing, check the receipt and Apple Account used. Pending charges and purchases made through another provider may need a different process.
Stop a subscription renewing
Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions and Warden. Review the available cancellation option and the expiry shown by Apple. Cancellation and refund requests are separate actions.
Removing Warden from your phone, leaving the launch list or deleting your Warden account does not cancel an App Store subscription.
Your consumer rights
Refund eligibility and digital-service rights vary by country and purchase channel. Nothing on this site takes away a right you have under applicable consumer law. Warden does not collect your full card details or directly issue refunds for Apple-billed transactions.
If a purchase was not billed by Apple, contact the seller shown on the receipt. For help identifying a Warden charge, contact us without sending card numbers or passwords.
